About This Service

What Makes Our 3D Visualizations Different

The most expensive mistake in any home interior project is approving work you have not truly seen. A flat 2D floor plan tells you where the wardrobe will go — it does not tell you how the room will feel when you stand in it. A photorealistic 3D render does. At Homeland Interiors, every project includes 3D visualizations as a standard part of the design process, not an expensive add-on. We produce room-by-room renders showing materials, colours, and furniture in your actual space, with your actual dimensions, lit under natural light conditions for your room orientation. You approve the render before a single nail is hammered.

Built for Bangalore

One specific value of 3D visualization for Bangalore apartments is the ability to evaluate how a room will look in the different light conditions of the day. East-facing Bangalore bedrooms receive strong morning sun that dramatically affects how warm or cool a paint colour looks. West-facing living rooms have harsh afternoon light that shifts material colours and can make warm-toned materials look orange rather than gold. We input the correct room orientation into our renders so that the morning, afternoon, and evening lighting conditions of your specific flat are all represented — something a generic showroom display can never show you.

How We Work

How We Deliver 3D Visualizations

A transparent, step-by-step journey from first call to final handover.

Site Measurement & Photography

We photograph every room and take precise measurements including window positions, natural light direction, and ceiling height — all of which affect how the 3D render looks.

Base Model Construction

We build a 3D model of your actual apartment — not a generic template. The model includes the accurate room dimensions, window placement, and structural elements.

Initial Design & Render

The first render shows the proposed furniture layout, colour scheme, and key materials. This is shared for your review and feedback.

Revisions

Based on your feedback, we revise the design and re-render. Typically 2–3 revision rounds before final approval. Material alternatives are shown as render variants.

Mood Board & Material Sheet

Final deliverables include a mood board with all selected materials and a detailed materials sheet specifying every product, brand, and finish. This becomes the project specification document.

3D Visualizations — Frequently Asked Questions

How accurate are your 3D renders compared to the finished room?

With good natural light input data and accurate material representations, our renders are typically 85–90% representative of the finished room. The variables that differ are real-world lighting conditions (which change through the day), the exact texture depth of physical materials, and how the room feels at human scale. We walk clients through these differences during the render review so there are no surprises.

Can I see multiple material and colour options in the 3D render?

Yes — we produce render variants showing different colour schemes, laminate finishes, or furniture combinations so you can compare options side by side. This is particularly useful for kitchen laminate colour, bedroom wall colour, and flooring material choices where it is genuinely difficult to judge from a small sample card alone.

Is 3D visualization free, or does it cost extra?

3D visualization is included at no additional cost on all our interior projects above a minimum project value. For standalone visualization requests (you want a design visualized without necessarily commissioning us for execution), we do charge a design fee — contact us for the current rate based on the number of rooms.

How long does it take to produce the first 3D render?

The first room render is typically ready within 5–7 working days of the site survey and initial brief. Revision rounds take 2–3 working days each. We do not rush this stage — a wrong approval at the render stage means expensive corrections after fabrication begins.

Client Stories

What Our Clients Say

★★★★★
"Homeland transformed our 2BHK in Phase 6 completely. The modular kitchen fits perfectly despite the awkward corner layout — something two other designers had said was impossible. Delivery was on time and the quote matched exactly."

Priya Nair

Full 2BHK Interior · JP Nagar

★★★★★
"Antony understood our brief from the very first meeting. We wanted a home office that didn't look like a home office in our living room. The result is better than what we imagined, and the folding partition system is genius."

Suresh & Kavitha R.

Living Room + Home Office · Koramangala

★★★★★
"I've seen plenty of interior designers overpromise. Homeland told us exactly what they could and couldn't do within our ₹8 lakh budget, gave us a phased plan, and executed Phase 1 without a single surprise bill."
