We design around these obstructions, using step-back sections, column-hugging panels, and custom-cut carcasses to create a continuous wardrobe appearance despite irregular wall geometry.
What wood and materials do you use for wardrobe carcasses?
We use IS:710-certified BWP plywood for all carcasses — the same grade we use for kitchen carcasses. This withstands Bangalore's monsoon humidity without swelling. Shutters are made from 18mm MDF or plywood with laminate, acrylic, or veneer finish. All hardware (hinges, drawer slides, aluminium tracks) is from Hettich, Hafele, or equivalent brands with a manufacturer warranty.
