Two days of systematic assessment: termite inspection of all wooden elements (including behind existing wardrobes and under kitchen kickboards), plaster adhesion testing on all major walls, electrical panel capacity assessment, plumbing condition check at all wet area inlets and outlets, and an outer wall moisture penetration test. The assessment findings are documented and form the basis of the project scope.

Our standard turnkey scope covers: space planning and 3D design, all carpentry (kitchen, wardrobes, TV unit, study, utility), false ceiling with electrical coordination, painting (all rooms), flooring (if required), civil work for any structural changes or tile replacement, lighting procurement and installation, and final furnishing coordination if requested.
